Delete my account
Request the deletion of your DictArena account and personal data. We handle every request within 30 days.
How to make the request
- 1Write to dictarena@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject Account deletion request.
- 2Give your email address and your username (@…), and confirm that you want the account deleted.
- 3We confirm the deletion by email within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your credentials (email and passphrase)
- Your display name and username
- Your game history and answers
- Your statistics and leaderboard entries
What may be kept
- Invoices — purchase IDs and amounts, for up to 7 years, as required by law.
- Anonymous statistics — totals that cannot be linked back to you.
Deleting your account directly from the app is coming soon. Until then, please use the email above.
